About the Role:
You'll be working closely with pupils who require additional support with emotional regulation, behaviour, and mental wellbeing. This is a fantastic opportunity to build practical experience in a nurturing and structured environment, ideal for those pursuing careers in:

Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEMH needs
Assist with behaviour management and emotional regulation strategies
Build trusting relationships and promote positive engagement
Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals
Requirements:
A degree in Psychology (or related subject)
A genuine interest in supporting children with SEMH needs
Resilience, empathy, and strong communication skills
DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
