  • Conduct one-on-one or small group sessions to address students\' specific needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create personalised support plans.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions to enhance students\' well-being.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of behaviour management strategies.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Psychology or a related field.
  • Passion for supporting the mental health and well-being of students.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic school environment.
  • Knowledge of SEN practices is a plus.
