Acting Head of Psychology

Arnett International is working in partnership with a prestigious independent co-educational school in West London to recruit an Acting Head of Psychology.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and motivated Psychology teacher to step into a leadership position within a high-achieving and values-driven environment.
The Role
Lead the Psychology Department, ensuring excellence in curriculum delivery and student achievement.
Provide guidance and inspiration to both staff and pupils.
Contribute to the wider life of the school, including pastoral care and co-curricular activities.
Candidate Requirements
Proven experience teaching Psychology at A-Level with strong results.
Previous leadership or departmental management experience is advantageous.
Strong commitment to supporting students academically and pastorally.
A collaborative, innovative, and values-driven approach to education.
