Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Tutor to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching or tutoring, with the ability to engage and inspire students across various subjects. This role requires experience working with children and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions tailored to individual student needs. Develop customized lesson plans and educational materials to enhance learning. Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly. Foster a supportive and encouraging atmosphere for students to thrive academically. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and educational staff regarding student performance. Utilize various teaching techniques to accommodate different learning styles. Maintain an organized record of student progress and feedback.

Qualifications

Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, particularly with children. Strong writing skills for creating lesson plans and educational resources. Proficiency in English is required. Classroom experience is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students effectively. Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their academic goals. A patient and adaptable approach to teaching that meets the diverse needs of learners.

Pay: 25.00-30.00 per hour
