Roles available in Bracknell for 30 hours per week & Maidenhead for 22.5 hours per week. Part time roles.



This is an exciting opportunity for a Specialist Psychotherapist or CAT therapist interested in gaining additional invaluable skills and experience working in an adult mental health service.



The role involves assessing and treating patients referred for psychotherapy as well as offering your expertise to the wider multidisciplinary team.?You will have a thorough understanding of the theory and practice of brief psychotherapies and have skills in psychological assessment and formulation of complex presentations, which may be treated by a range of evidence-based psychological interventions in adult mental health services. You will be part of NHS Trust that is dedicated towards creating a progressive, warm and friendly environment for service users.

You will work as a valued member of the CMHT in Bracknell and/or Maidenhead as well as being a part of Berkshire's wider Psychological Therapies team .



Y ou will provide a highly specialist psychological service to users presenting with severe and complex mental health difficulties requiring multiple interventions, or users requiring c omplex or intensive risk management plans and high levels of multiagency work .



You will initiate the safe delivery of psychotherapy interventions , support other evidence-based interventions , and contribute to the multidisciplinary teams within one of the two localit ies and within wider Trust services.



You will be r eliable and knowledgeable, and you will have great IT skills and be familiar with various IT systems and software packages.



You will need access to your own car and be able to travel independently across Berkshire when needed . The requirement will be for you to be present at base or available to attend, every day you are employed .

The "must haves" for you to be considered for this role:

Significant experience working as a qualified Psychotherapist (or accredited CAT therapist), with professional accreditation and registration with UKCP as a psychotherapist or with the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC).



An enhanced DBS check.
