Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are presentable and welcoming. This role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, and communal spaces. Ensure all surfaces are cleaned, dusted, and sanitised to meet health and safety standards. Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts effectively. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed. Provide excellent customer service by responding to requests or concerns from clients in a professional manner. Drive to various locations as required for cleaning assignments.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients. Valid driving licence is advantageous for travelling between sites. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
