We are looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive
Office Receptionist
to join our team at our
Henley-on-Thames
office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming environment and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.
Hours:
30 hours per week
Salary:
1,500 gross per month
Working Hours:
9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (with some flexibility to accommodate school runs)
Type:
In-office position
Key Responsibilities:
Welcoming clients and visitors to the office
Scanning and filing incoming post
Maintaining a tidy and organised office environment
Supporting with small administrative tasks as required
Printing training manuals
Ordering weekly office supplies and essentials, and organising them upon arrival
Assisting with preparing hot drinks for Directors and Managers
What We're Looking For:
A warm, professional manner with good communication skills
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
Basic computer and office equipment knowledge (printing, scanning, filing)
Reliable, punctual, and happy to support a variety of small tasks
Ability to work independently and manage your own time well
