Key Responsibilities:
Supervising day-to-day operations across the arcade and bingo
Acting as the point of contact and decision-maker in the Manager's absence
Cash handling and overseeing till accuracy
Leading and supporting staff on shift
Providing excellent customer service and hospitality
Calling bingo games (full training provided)
Processing customer payouts
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed
What We're Looking For:
Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred (not essential)
Confident communicator, comfortable speaking to groups
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused
Reliable, trustworthy, and able to take responsibility
Flexible to work days, evenings, and weekends
Requirements:
Must be aged 18 or over
(legal requirement for working in bingo and arcade environments)
