Job Title: PTP Analyst A little bit about our team: Warner Music\xe2\x80\x99s EMEA Shared Service Centre is the home to the financial, tax and administrative functions that provide critical support and best-in-class services to our European Recorded Music and Publishing businesses. Your role: The Procure to Pay (PTP) Analyst will ensure that vendor management, invoice processing, and payment processing for the organisation is timely, accurate, and complete. Here you\xe2\x80\x99ll get to: \xc2\xb7 Support activities including accurately processing invoices, managing vendor information, ensuring proper supporting documentation and approval \xc2\xb7 Reconcile payable reports each month to confirm that all amounts paid were accurate \xc2\xb7 Manage inbound documents (invoice) coming through multiple sources, including Ariba network, central mailbox, digital archive, and EDI \xc2\xb7 Approve and post invoices in the system, verifying that invoice information is consistent with system information \xc2\xb7 Support with early payment requests, differentiating between rush payments and other early payment types, ensuring rush payments are settled within the required timeframe \xc2\xb7 Keep track of credits owed to the company and ensure all credits are properly applied to vendor payments \xc2\xb7 Liaise with vendor, in case vendor master data updates are required to issue remittance advice \xc2\xb7 Manage vendor onboarding process including vendor onboarding checks \xc2\xb7 Address vendor inquiries \xc2\xb7 Assist in extracting information for month-end reporting \xc2\xb7 Participate in ad hoc projects in other areas as needed \xc2\xb7 Manually key invoices into the financial system \xc2\xb7 Generate invoices from a PO (Purchase Order) \xc2\xb7 Reconciliation of supplier statements About you: \xc2\xb7 \xc2\xb7 2+ years of experience in PTP \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of SAP and Ariba is desirable \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of S/4HANA is a plus \xc2\xb7 Strong work-ethic and a self-starter who proactively seeks out new solutions \xc2\xb7 Ability to multi-task and prioritise projects working well under pressure \xc2\xb7 Detail oriented About us: As the home to Asylum, Atlantic, East West, Elektra, FFRR, Fueled by Ramen, Nonesuch, Parlophone, Rhino, Roadrunner, Sire, Warner Records, Warner Classics, and several other of the world\xe2\x80\x99s premier recording labels, Warner Music Group champions emerging artists and global superstars alike.
