Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Patient Transport Driver to join our team. As a Patient Transport Driver, you will play a crucial role in transferring patients and service users between different locations including but not limited to hotels and medical centres.

Responsibilities:

Safely transport service users/patients to and from their homes, medical facilities, and other destinations. Support them in and out of the vehicle, ensuring their comfort and safety. Provide exceptional customer service. Coordinate with control team, informing them of the situation and proactively manage their journeys. Ensure the cleanliness and daily reporting of the vehicle status to the office. Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols. Communicate effectively with the hotel management/security personnel/dispatch team while picking and dropping off the users. Assist in handing over the service users to appropriate staff/personnel
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Valid Full UK driving license with a minimum of 3 years experience
- Excellent driving record with no traffic violations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to safely lift and manoeuvre patients when necessary
- Understanding Patient care
- Calm & Considerate in emotional circumstances
- Willing to go through an enhanced DBS (Company Funded)
- Provide previous work experience certificates with references
-Be able to work in flexible shifts with minimal supervision

- Proficient in wheelchair operations

-Certification in First Aid and CPR

-Dependability, Punctuality and strong attention to detail

-Patient Transport Experience

The following will be a plus:
- Ambulance driving experience
- Working in the Healthcare sector
- Patient handling Experience
