Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Trackman. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing various works on track. The Trackman will be responsible for any works needed be the site manager or any authority on site.

Responsibilities

Must have PTS and a CSCS Card, works will be on drainage. Conduct discharge planning to facilitate smooth transitions from inpatient to home or community care. Provide direct patient care, ensuring comfort and safety while addressing physical and emotional needs. Utilize knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to assess patient conditions effectively. Assist in physiotherapy sessions, including trigger point therapy and orthopedic rehabilitation. Maintain accurate documentation using EMR systems to track patient progress and treatment outcomes. Engage with pediatric, geriatric, and other specialized populations to deliver tailored healthcare services. Support patients in both inpatient hospital settings and outpatient clinic environments.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of discharge planning processes and acute care protocols. Experience in developing comprehensive care plans for diverse patient populations. Background in pediatrics, geriatrics, orthopedics, or home & community care is preferred. Proficiency in medical terminology and familiarity with EMR systems is essential. Previous experience in hospital or clinic settings is highly desirable. Knowledge of physiology and anatomy to provide effective patient assessments. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team focused on delivering high-quality patient care. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
