Duties

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude, creating a positive first impression. Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest requests are met. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, including upselling specials and promotions. Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards at all times. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service stations. Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality food delivery. Manage time effectively during busy periods to maintain service standards.

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and procedures. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Experience in serving or culinary roles is a plus, along with kitchen experience. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. A genuine passion for guest services and creating memorable dining experiences. Ability to work well within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Pay: 12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
