Drop Inn Team Leader

Reporting to Drop Inn Supervisor

Due to increased business levels on the weekends we are now recruiting for a Pub Team Leader

A non-exhaustive list of the key role responsibilities is detailed below:

? To understand and support The Last Drop Village Hotel's commitment to Customer Service within the job role.

? To create an inviting environment for both residents and non-residents

? To attend regular meetings and relay any information back to the Drop Inn team in the absence of the Drop Inn Supervisor

? To delegate jobs to team members thus ensuring a smooth service.

? To check uniform standards are upheld at all times.

? Ensure the smooth running of food and drink service during opening hours

? You will be responsible for ensuring that the Drop Inn set up and close down is in accordance with established standards.

? To ensure that all relevant paperwork is completed on a daily basis.

? Monitor business levels and ensure rota's are adapted accordingly

? Assist with training, ensuring that the team are fully capable of the job required through regular checks and completing of the training matrix.

? You will be expected to deliver excellent customer service standards and to ensure that the staff are directed and assisted as appropriate.

? The post holder may be directed by their line manger to carry out other duties and responsibilities in line with his/her post, grade, skills, knowledge and experience.

? To undertake relevant training as directed by their line manager i.e. flow training

? Be aware and work to COSHH and HACCP.

? To ensure compliance with the Last Drop Village Hotels commitment to health and safety.

? Hold relevant training certificate i.e. COSHH, Food Hygiene and Food Safety

? Good planner and organiser

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

? Experience of working in a multi outlet business

? Remain calm under pressure

? Team player

? You will need to have strong food & beverage skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.61 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week
