As a member of our hospitality team, you will play a key role in delivering excellent service to our guests. We are looking for both front-of-house and back-of-house staff who are passionate about customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with flexible hours to suit a variety of schedules.
Responsibilities:
Front of House:
Greet and assist guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
Take and process orders efficiently and accurately.
Serve food and drinks in a timely manner.
Ensure a clean and organized dining area.
Handle guest inquiries and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
Work collaboratively with the team to maintain smooth service operations.
Back of House:
Assist with food preparation, ensuring quality and presentation meet standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and prep areas.
Follow food safety and health guidelines.
Support kitchen staff in day-to-day operations.
Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus, but not required.
Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Team-oriented, reliable, and punctual.
