We are looking for a Public Affairs Co-ordinator to support the UK Public Affairs Team. You will be part of a dynamic, fast paced and supportive team that sits with the company's Legal function.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM
Assist team management with PA support and provide additional support to LK SVP and other executives as required.
Coordination on key public affairs projects including conferences, set piece events and airshows.
Support Public Affairs managers with the organisation of site visits across the UK including Broughton and Filton.
Management of invoicing, payment and ensuring the correct compliance procedures are followed for our 3rd party suppliers.
Managing corporate memberships of various organisations including liaison with Sponsorships and Donations team to ensure compliance procedures are followed.
Liaise with suppliers on logistics, payment and ensure Gifts and Hospitality procedures are followed.
Support the onboarding of new team members.
Provide input into budget discussions particularly with regard to Sponsorships and Memberships
Work closely with the communications team on projects that cross functions.
ABOUT YOU

Experienced in project coordination and a desire to develop strong project management skills;

Strong IT skills including Google Workspace tools in order to create and maintain high quality documents
