A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A
PUBLIC AREA ATTENDANT
AT THE WESTIN LONDON CITY
What you'll be doing...
Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, you can expect your working day to include the following.
Ensure all public areas are clean and presented to required standards throughout the evening.
Perform regular deep cleaning of all areas of hotel as instructed.
Respond to guest requests and inquiries as required
Ensure all cleaning materials are used and stored correctly as per hotel standards.
Ensure effective communication between yourself and the management team to ensure all cleaning tasks are recorded and monitored according to the hotel standards.
Respond to requests from supervisors, or management in a timely and efficient manner.
Follow company policies and procedures.

Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times, including but not exclusive of, HS policies, HR policies
Communicate and collaborate well with team members of the housekeeping and other departments across the hotel.
