JOB TITLE: Public Cloud Infrastructure Engineering Lead
SALARY: 104,686- 123,160 in London, or 90,440 - 106,400 outside of London
LOCATION(S): London, Halifax, Leeds or Manchester
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at our locations noted above.

Your role as Infrastructure Engineering Lead is to be a visionary leader who works collaboratively with the Product Owner and the others to create an organisation that provides the best value propositions to our customers. You will be responsible for leading a team of up to 20 engineers.

What you'll needExpert in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) (e.g. Terraform, Python, PowerShell)
DevOps / Continuous Deployment CICD experience
Knowledge of Cloud networking and Enterprise Scale and Landing zone
In addition, any experience of these would be useful:FinOps mentality and "right-sizing" cloud solutions
Security and governance conscious engineering (e.g. Identity and access Management implementation principles)
Experience in cloud native governance and policy tooling (e.g. Azure Policy, Google Customer Org Policy).
Experience in platform automation to support asset management tracking and FinOps scenarios.
Implementation of governance frameworks to enforce cloud usage policies, tagging standards, and security baselines across multi-project/multi-subscription environments.
Collaborate with compliance, risk and audit teams to team to translate regulatory requirements (e.g. SOC2, ISO 27001, HIPPA, GDPR, PCI DSS) into technical controls in the cloud.
Adherence and experience of compliance frameworks (e.g. CIS Benchmarks, NIST 800-53).
Building or maintaining automated continuous compliance monitoring solutions (e.g. CSPM, CNAAP).
Assessing cloud environments for drift and misconfiguration and remediation workflows implementation via automation.
Scoping and deploying appropriate audit / preventative policy to environments.
