A self starter capable of working on your own as well as part of a team
Ability to handle a case load involving all aspects of family law.
Children Panel membership or working towards it would be highly desirable;
Keen advocate and capable of undertaking advocacy at court on behalf of clients;
Knowledge of the Legal Aid contract and billing process;
Ability to draft and review legal documents, ensuring they meet the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.
Ability to provide expert legal advice to clients on various private client issues, tailoring your approach to meet their needs.
A track record of successful networking and business development would be useful.
Flexible working hours can be accommodated if required. Please note that this will be a largely office based role although a degree of remote working is expected and encouraged
