Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking person to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and the ability to work collaboratively with others including landowners and the general public

Responsibilities

Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times Report any issues or hazards promptly Building/ installing gates, stiles , ditch crossings, large bridge structures timber and steel, stone footpath installations, bank repairs , hand digging Vegetation works, hedge cutting, pole pruning , tree work , strimming - this can often be on a large scale due to lack of access for machines Mud and farm animals is inevitable

Skills

Strong physical fitness and stamina for manual labour tasks Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently Knowledge of construction tools and equipment is advantageous Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on collaboration Strong attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship Good communication skills for effective interaction with team members Driving licence
Must be CIS registered
