Radar produces a comprehensive range of industry-leading publications, including Offsite Magazine, Precast Magazine, MEP Magazine, Volumetric Modular Magazine, Structural Timber Magazine, Timber Trader UK, Light Steel Framing Magazine, Tall Buildings Magazine and the Industrialised Construction Journal. These digital and print titles are created by our expert team who excel in research, writing, design, and production - setting the standard for quality and impact.

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-driven professional to join the team as

Publications Coordinator

. You will take ownership of our portfolio of publications and oversee the full production lifecycle, from content collation through to distribution. The role reports to the Publications Director and is supported by a Publications Executive.

Responsibilities Include:



Manage the annual publishing calendar, including copy deadlines, print schedules, digital release dates and delivery timelines. Oversee content collation for each magazine issue, including editorial, advertising assets, and internal promotional content. Provide clear, structured briefs to designers with all relevant materials and instructions. Proof magazine layouts, provide feedback, and ensure final versions meet our publishing standards. Send approved files to print, coordinating proof approvals and timelines. Liaise with printers on specifications, pagination, and schedules. Coordinate distribution through mail senders to ensure timely delivery of hard copies to desks. Manage and finalise circulation lists for each publication. Ensure CRM is up to date with accurate data on circulation, advertisers and editorial contacts. Track and analyse performance metrics and statistics to support marketing strategy. Manage and maintain the online newsrooms and websites for all publications.

Experience:



Experience in an administrative or project coordination role. Experience working with external suppliers.

Skills & Behaviours:



Exceptionally organised with a sharp eye for detail. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Excellent proofing and editing ability. Comfortable working to tight deadlines and managing multiple publications simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes. Confident, proactive and solutions-focused.

Pay: 13.00 per hour
