Job Description

ABOUT YOU

Are you dependable, self-motivated, social? Do you possess strong communication skills? Are you looking to kickstart your career in the dynamic world of affiliate and partner marketing - where brands collaborate with third parties to drive traffic or sales? Think Cashback, Rewards, Influencer and so much more!

If this sounds like you, we'd love for you to apply!

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a key member of the Publisher Team, the Publisher Partnerships Executive plays a pivotal role in growing and nurturing our network of affiliate partners (aka publishers). This role sits at the intersection of relationship management, operational support, and commercial insight - acting as a conduit between affiliates and our internal teams.

Your core focus will be to build strong, collaborative relationships with affiliates, while supporting the Client Services team to ensure all opportunities are aligned, understood, and actioned effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

Affiliate Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of affiliate partners across various sectors. Engage regularly with affiliates to understand their business models and how they align with client objectives. Help to organise and host weekly Publisher Presents calls, hot-desking sessions, and other touchpoints to promote opportunities internally and externally. Actively support affiliate growth through recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing engagement across the network. Share updated media kits and promotional opportunities with the Client Services team to drive campaign alignment and awareness.

Client Services Collaboration

Work closely with Account Management to identify and activate relevant affiliate opportunities. Support the onboarding of affiliates into client programmes and assist with publisher-related events. Act as a bridge between affiliates and internal teams to ensure smooth collaboration, efficient communication, and campaign alignment.

Operational & Technical Support

Guide affiliates through platform setup and provide ongoing technical support as needed. Respond to affiliate support tickets and inbound platform queries related to setup, finance, tracking, and performance. Work cross-functionally with Integration, Finance, and Client Services to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.

Performance & Network Growth

Contribute to the expansion of the affiliate portfolio through proactive recruitment and identification of high-value partners. Ensure internal documentation and affiliate-facing guides are regularly updated for consistency and knowledge sharing. Support ad-hoc projects that align with the goals of the publisher team and beyond.

Training & Development

At Webgains, we invest heavily in our people. Full training will be provided, and you'll be supported from day one with a structured onboarding process, ongoing development opportunities, and access to tools that help you grow. We're committed to helping our team thrive -- and we want you to build a lasting career with us.

The above list of job duties is not exclusive or exhaustive and the post holder will be required to undertake such tasks as may reasonably be expected within the scope and grading of the post.

What we're looking for:

A reliable, inquisitive, and confident communicator with a natural flair for relationship-building. Someone who enjoys getting into the detail - understanding how different affiliates operate and how we can maximise the value they bring. A proactive team player, keen to learn and grow within the fast-paced world of affiliate and partner marketing. Full training is given.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent computer literacy including MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint Strong attention to detail Demonstrable experience of following processes whilst being agile where required.
