We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and culinary management, with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and serving. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas. Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to foster a productive team environment. Supervise kitchen staff and front-of-house personnel to ensure efficient service delivery. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Collaborate with culinary teams to develop innovative menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels. Implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and increase customer engagement.

Skills

Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong culinary skills with knowledge of food production techniques. Excellent leadership abilities with experience in team management and supervising staff. Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in food preparation. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with staff and customers. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Previous experience in barista roles or hotel management is advantageous but not essential.
