We are currently seeking dynamic Pub/Restaurant Managers to lead our vibrant and growing pubs across the North East of England. If you have a flair for creating memorable experiences for guests, managing a team, and driving business performance, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

Lead, train, and motivate a team of bar staff, chefs, and support staff to deliver excellent customer service and operational efficiency.

Customer Service:

Ensure every guest enjoys a warm, welcoming, and high-quality experience, ensuring standards are met and exceeded.

Operations Management:

Oversee daily operations, including stock control, budgeting, payroll, and health and safety compliance.

Financial Management:

Manage the pub's financials, ensuring profitability through cost control, sales maximization, and budget management.

Event Planning & Promotions:

Organize and promote events to drive footfall and enhance the pub's reputation within the local community.

Marketing & Social Media:

Use local knowledge and social media platforms to promote the pub and drive customer engagement.

Skills & Experience:

Proven experience as a Pub Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry. Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, financials, and team performance. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to fast-paced environments. A passion for the hospitality industry and customer satisfaction. Knowledge of local trends and the ability to tailor the offering to the community. An understanding of health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
