Pupil Support Assistant

31.25 Hours per week. 5 days. Term Time Only.

The post is fixed until July 2026 (Contract could be extended subject to funding)

Band 5, New NJC Points 5-6. TTO salary 17,545 - 17,823 depending on experience. (Pay award Apr 25 to be applied, once confirmed and will be backdated)

Commencing: September 2025.

We are seeking to appoint a dynamic

enthusiastic and committed person to join our Learning Support team, working 1:1 with one of our Reception children whose primary need is Communication and Interaction, but also has significant physical and medical needs.

We are looking for a candidate who

:

Has enthusiasm, and is committed to our vision of being a fully inclusive school. Has experience of or is willing to support pupils with medical and physical needs. Is able to implement specialist advice and guidance and work with accuracy. Can support class teachers in delivering an appropriately differentiated creative curriculum that supports the individual needs of the child Is able to work effectively as part of a team and operate under the instruction of the school's SENDco
