About The Role
The position requires good understanding of the Xero accounting system and basic accounting or bookkeeping skills
The Role will include the following duties:
Maintain Sales and Purchase Ledger on Xero
Raise Purchase Orders and chase payments if necessary
Raise invoices for client services and process on Xero
Check Supplier invoice prices against Purchase Order
Check & Record International Freight & Courier invoices
Reconcile various bank statements
Assist with preparation of VAT Returns
About You
Experience of bookkeeping or accounts and an AAT qualification.
Interested in Accounts & Bookkeeping
Inquiring mind and analytical
Accurate and detail conscious
Knowledge of Xero Software
Strong Excel Spreadsheet competence
Good communication skills and cheerful personality
Able to work unsupervised.

Training will be provided to support you to achieve the absolute best you can.
Immediate start available. You will be based in our office in Ipswich Town Centre.
