Purchase Ledger Assistant

Your Day-to-Day:

Processing high volumes of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently Reconciling supplier statements and resolving any discrepancies Handling payment runs and ensuring deadlines are met Managing inbox queries and building good relationships with suppliers Supporting month-end procedures and reports

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a similar finance or accounts payable role Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills A good understanding of accounting principles and systems Proficiency with Excel and financial software A team player with a positive attitude and a desire to learn
