KDH Projects are a multi disciplinary construction company, established in 2001, working within the food and beverage industry. We operate on sites all over the UK. KDH Projects are currently looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our Accounts Office in Donington.
MAIN PURPOSES OF ROLE:
To manage the Purchase Ledger for the company in an accurate and timely manner. Completing the following tasks will ensure that the role is filled appropriately:
To process all purchase invoices and credit notes.
To liaise with project managers regarding the correct project costing.
To maintain supplier records.
To reconcile all supplier statements and request all missing invoices.
To resolve all supplier queries.
To match all delivery notes with invoices.
To post all timesheets monthly.
To process all staff expenses ready for payment.
To process all credit card receipts.
To answer all incoming telephone calls and maintain the filing of all documents.
To use our accounting software with confidence, SAGE Accounts.
Would be preferential for you to have completed AAT qualifications
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 25,000.00-30,000.00 per year
