Reporting to the AP Manager, you will be responsible for providing all round support to the department activities with specific responsibility for the Purchase Ledger functions.
The Role:
Processing of purchase invoices and credit notes
Supplier statement reconciliations
Bank and cash allocations
Supplier payment runs
Liaising with other departments and suppliers to resolve queries
Month-end procedures
Monthly intrastat returns
Prepare a weekly cashflow forecast
Set up and maintain vendor accounts
The Person:
Previous experience in accounts payable
The ability to work in a team as well as individually
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good attention to detail
The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
Remuneration:
Salary range 23,000 - 26,000
