Currently we are looking for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to provide support to the Accounts Department.
Role Responsibilities
Processing purchase invoices against orders.
Matching purchase invoices to receipts from goods inwards.
Inputting invoices onto monthly daybooks in excel.
Assisting and managing bi-weekly payment runs.
Producing and sending remittances.
Entering transactions onto ledger spreadsheets.
Dealing with supplier queries and resolving issues over the telephone or email.
