Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and organised Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a fast-paced Finance team. This temporary role based in Leeds requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of accounting and finance processes.

  • Accurately process purchase invoices and ensure timely payment to suppliers.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Handle supplier queries and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
  • Assist in preparing payment runs and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting team as required.
