Process purchase invoices, credit notes, and staff expenses in Xero
Match purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices
Reconcile supplier statements monthly and support payment runs
Handle supplier queries professionally and efficiently
Assist with month-end close and audit prep
Maintain purchase ledger records and documentation in line with GDPR
General finance administration as required
Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in accounts payable / purchase ledger
Proficient in Xero accounting software
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and time management skills
Confident with Excel and general office applications
AAT Level 2 or similar
Xero
Desirable:
Experience in a healthcare or service-based organisation
