Part-Time Purchase Ledger Clerk



Hours: Up to 15 hours per week (flexible working considered)

Training: To be completed in Northwich Office

Location: Northwich

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Purchase Ledger Clerk to support our finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with solid bookkeeping experience looking for a flexible role in a supportive working environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Processing purchase invoices and credit notes Matching, batching and coding invoices Reconciling supplier statements Assisting with month-end processes Responding to supplier queries promptly and professionally Maintaining accurate and up-to-date ledger records Requirements: Experience using Sage Line 50 accounting software (essential) Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounts payable processes High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to manage workload independently Good communication and organisational skills
This role is ideal for someone looking to fit work around other commitments, with a supportive team and flexible hours.

Right to work in the UK without the need for sponsorship is required for this role.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to 11,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 15 per week

Work Location: In person
