Purchase Ledger Clerk

- The Role:
Broadstone are seeking an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our Finance team on a 9-month fixed term contract. This is an important position that will support the team following recent acquisitions to ensure a smooth service, particularly with staff expenses and supplier invoices.

Purchase Ledger Clerk

- Key Responsibilities:

Managing and paying employee expense claims, entering information to the accounting system Dealing with supplier payments, loading onto the bank BACS, resolving queries and updating on supplier issues Processing company credit card claims Maintaining accurate records of transactions

Purchase Ledger Clerk

- You:

Previous demonstrable experience in purchase ledger and processing staff expenses Ability to use core accounting packages (Sage X3 is preferable) GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English, grade C and above
