About Us

At Power and Control Electrical, we deliver solar PV, battery storage, EV charging, and commercial electrical projects across the UK. We are expanding and need an experienced Project / Contracts Manager to oversee installations and support our continued growth.

The Role

You'll be responsible for managing the successful delivery of small-scale solar PV and electrical projects, from design approval through to completion, ensuring compliance, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee small-scale solar PV and electrical installations Handle G99 and other DNO applications with full compliance Lead, support, and coordinate installation teams and subcontractors Prepare quotations, costings, and pricing for electrical and solar PV works Monitor budgets, schedules, and quality standards Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders

Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience managing solar PV installations (domestic or small commercial) Strong understanding of G99/DNO applications and grid connection processes Previous contracts/project management experience in the electrical industry Excellent leadership and people-management skills Confident with costings, pricing, and reporting Full UK driving licence
