Purchasing Coordinator
.
In this role, you'll ensure requisitions are accurate and cost-effective, streamline processes with smart solutions, and help onboard and manage suppliers to keep our supply chain strong and secure. You'll also play a key part in exciting transformation projects, from implementing our Source-to-Pay system to enhancing supplier performance frameworks. Plus, you'll provide vital admin support to keep everything running smoothly.

In this role:
Review and validate purchase requisitions to ensure accuracy and compliance before submission to third-party suppliers
Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities within purchasing activities where possible
Drive process improvements, such as optimizing Coupa catalogues, to enhance efficiency across the Group's purchasing operations
Manage supplier onboarding and governance, mitigating financial and reputational risks within the supply chain
Support procurement transformation initiatives, including the rollout and ongoing delivery of the Source-to-Pay system
Assist with supplier performance and relationship management frameworks to strengthen partnerships
Provide administrative support to the procurement team, including rebate management and third-party coordination.
