We're the award-winning luxury gifting brand known as the NET-A-PORTER of biscuits. Since 2007, we've been hand-icing joy into every biscuit, and in 2025 alone, we iced approximately 3 million!

Our aim is to provide a seamless, joyful experience that delivers a little magic, one hand-iced biscuit at a time. As well as our eCommerce business, we have a Notting Hill biscuit boutique, where we offer 'School of Icing' events, teaching our customers to ice like an expert, while they enjoy a cup of tea or coffee...or even a glass of Prosecco. We also work with a huge range of wholesale and corporate clients, creating bespoke and branded designs for every occasion.

Purchasing Manager

to help us deliver beautifully packaged products that delight our customers and reflect our premium brand.

What You'll Do...

Shape the look and feel of our products

by sourcing packaging that's practical, cost-effective, and on-brand.

Drive savings and efficiencies

through smart negotiations, cost avoidance, and supplier optimization.

Champion quality and sustainability

by ensuring all packaging meets our high standards and supports our environmental goals.

Keep production moving

by managing stock levels, lead times, and forward-ordering strategies.

Build strong partnerships

with suppliers to ensure responsiveness and reliability.

Lead compliance and responsibility

through supplier audits and Extended Producer Responsibility reporting.

What We're Looking For...

A proactive problem-solver with strong negotiation skills. Experience in procurement or supply chain management. A keen eye for detail and a passion for sustainability. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Experience in food production or FMCG environments. Enthusiasm for the role and for Biscuiteers. A passion for quality, efficiency, and sustainability
