What You'll Do

Conduct consultative discussions to understand each person's growth goals, challenges, and readiness.
Mentor individuals who are ready to begin their transformational journey, guiding them toward the right learning opportunities.
Assess suitability for our premium programs within the wellbeing and transformation sector.
Design and implement marketing strategies that attract purpose-driven learners and drive program enrollments.
Lead content and storytelling initiatives to build community and inspire engagement.
Maintain accurate client interaction records in our CRM and provide insights to optimize processes.
Who We're Looking For
Ambitious, independent professionals who thrive in performance-based roles and are motivated by high earning potential.
Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing, client engagement, or consultative sales (experience in wellbeing, coaching, or education is a plus).
