Role Overview

Working as part of a team, responsible for the safe and correct location of finished goods, ensuring that this is maintained to highest quality. This is an integral part of the company's stock control system and therefore requires continuous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Safely and accurately store finished goods in correct locations. Complete all mandatory training and adhere to company policies. Maintain high standards of housekeeping in the yard area. Conduct handovers with previous Putaway Driver for special instructions. Ensure all storage is in good condition, stacked correctly, and in the right location. Work to Safe Systems of Work (SSoW) and comply with Health & Safety requirements. Wear appropriate PPE and complete FLT checks as required. Report any health and safety risks promptly using incident forms. Encourage continuous improvement and submit suggestions via 3ii forms. Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal customers.

Skills and Experience

FLT Certificate (Essential). Good IT skills, proficient in MS packages including Excel. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage own schedule and meet tight deadlines. Organised and able to work effectively under pressure. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to obtain, analyse, and present information.
