Job Summary




You will be responsible for assisting with a range of QA activities for our desktop application and web-based software products. Reporting to the QA Manager the successful candidate may also work closely across multiple internal teams.


You will be key in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software. You will be responsible for ensuring our software solutions meet the needs of our customers through rigorous testing practices. You will be joining a team of experienced software testers working together to deliver market leading software by planning, executing and managing test activities across the entire software delivery life cycle.

Key Responsibilities



Design and execute comprehensive test plans, cases and regression suites based on business requirements Perform exploratory, functional and regression testing Identify, document and track bugs through to resolution Work closely with developers and product owners to ensure quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle Communicating test progress with key stakeholders Contribute to the improvement on testing practices and processes Maintaining and updating automated test suites Champion quality in all aspects of the software development lifecycle

Qualifications, Skills & Experience




A degree or a specific set of credentials is not essential, but we do expect candidates to have a strong background in systems administration and DevOps with 5+ years of commercial experience.

Essential:



3+ Years experience in software testing Working knowledge of defect lifecycle management Strong attention to detail Experience working to individual and team deadlines Experience testing web-based applications across multiple browsers and devices Strong collaboration skills, working closely with developers and stakeholders Proficient in automated and manual testing of web, desktop and API-based applications. Knowledge of Agile and modern testing techniques Experience with Agile methodologies

Technical Experience



Automation tool (Playwright, Selenium, Ranorex) Project management tools (Jira, Confluence) Test management tools (TestRail) API testing tools (Postman)
