Job Description
CK Group are recruiting for a QA Associate to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry at their site based in Basingstoke on a contract basis for 12 months.
Salary:
Up to \xc2\xa319.00ph PAYE
QA Associate Role:
- Handle the product complaints process
- Ensure appropriate communication to the local health authority of any reportable event related to product complaints
- Prepare metrics and complaint trending reports in accordance with local procedures
- Be involved in product complaint related self-inspections at regular intervals
- Assess the impact of temperature excursions occurring during storage and distribution of product
- Hold a relevant scientific degree or have equivalent working experience
- Working experience in QA within the pharmaceutical industry
- Good knowledge of GDP and the role of MHRA and HPRA in licensing medicines
- An understanding of the role of the Home Office regarding controlled drugs
- High attention to detail and excellent communication skills
