We are seeking a highly motivated Junior QA Engineer to join our dynamic team. You won't just be a tester; you'll be a quality advocate. We're looking for someone who isn't afraid to ask "why?" and can work with product and development teams to find issues before they're even coded. You'll be a key part of ensuring our technology--the brain behind our smart, sustainable bus networks--is robust, reliable, and user-friendly.

What You'll Do:

Collaborate with Product Leads and Developers during the design phase to identify potential issues, edge cases, and user scenarios no one has thought about. Help developers identify their blind spots by bringing a fresh, user-focused perspective to the development process. Find and articulate potential issues in product requirements and designs beforeany code is written. Thoroughly test new features across our technology platform, from rider apps to our internal routing software, thinking creatively to find defects. Execute the team's regression test pack to ensure product stability. Identify, document, and track bugs through their entire lifecycle. Work closely with developers to investigate issues and verify fixes. Communicate your findings clearly, both verbally and in writing, to technical and non-technical team members.

What We're Looking For:

A recent university graduate

in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Exposure to a programming or scripting language (like Python or JavaScript) through coursework or personal projects. Any internship or project experience related to software development or testing. Familiarity with the basics of web technologies (HTML, CSS).
