Do you want to be a part of our Shopper Technology team at the LEGO Group?

We are looking for an QA/Test Engineer to join our growing team based in London to help support our teams building the digital retail experience at the LEGO Group.

Core Responsibilities

You\'ll initially spend your time working in our product team working on improving the promotional capabilities of the platform that powers LEGO.com. Our platform is based on a Next.js / GraphQL front end and back end Node.js microservices running in AWS.

As part of your core responsibilities you will:

• Collaborate with Software Engineers, Digital Designers and Product Managers to quality assure new functionality and iterative improvements to the platform
• Support other application engineers in developing and maintaining automated tests for their functionality where appropriate
• Focus on sharing knowledge with the team

Play your part in our team succeeding

Working closely with the whole product team, our QA Engineers play a vital role in securing the quality, security and stability of our digital retail experience. Our teams are working from the office 3 days per week.

Do you have what it takes?

• Previous experience of functional and non-functional testing of both APIs and web-based applications
• Experience of testing within an agile, continuous delivery-focused environment
• A detailed understanding of BDD and TDD approaches to testing and quality assurance
• Experience with JavaScript-based test tooling (Cypress, Jest, Playwright) is preferred
• Experience of maintaining an internal regression testing process to ensure quality of business functionality is preferred
• Experience working with software engineers to help them test functionality during the initial development process is preferred
• Experience working with modern CI/CD and engineering tooling \xe2\x80\x93 we use Amazon Web Services, GitHub Actions and Terraform extensively
