QA Manager

Onsite role 5 days p/week

About the role

Are you looking to step up to be a global QA manager and create strategy for a multi billion organization?

As the QA manager you will come in and work on current projects and also develop future solutions. You will act as an experienced QA, but also work as a manager, and you will wear both technical and management hats.

Your responsibilities in this role will include:

• You will be held accountable for the successful delivery of QA across Commercial and Connectivity for all test phases and test types.
• You will provide the point of authority for QA for this area.
• You will define and implement QA policy and transformation projects.
• You will manage 3rd parties while fostering a \'one team\' culture.
• You will be comfortable articulating risk to stakeholders.
• You will manage demand and cost management.
• You will be a technologist as much as a tester, you will have the ability to work at the senior/strategic level and at lower process/technical/tooling levels.

Desired Skills and experience

• You will ideally have experience working with as a consultant in the past with multiple clients.
• Ideally you will have experience of QA leadership and QA governance across medium sized QA teams.
• You will have experience of governance of 3rd parties and line management and coaching.
• You should have experience of implementing and shaping test strategies at the enterprise level and using appropriate test tools.
• Ideally you will have a demonstrable background in the governance and delivery of exceptional test processes and practices in a variety of complex delivery landscapes, you will now use this wealth of experience to be an exceptional QA leader.
• You should ideally have exceptional understanding of technology and testing, including common solutions and architectures, emerging technologies and testing trends, as well as current test techniques/ technologies/ tooling.
