Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the QA function, ensuring compliance with GMP and regulatory standards.
Support site set-up activities and contribute to establishing robust quality systems.
Drive continuous improvement and manage change effectively within the QA environment.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure quality is embedded across all operations.
Oversee audits, CAPAs, and documentation control processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in a QA leadership role within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.
Experience in sterile manufacturing is highly desirable, but candidates from non-sterile environments will also be considered.
Strong background in site set-up, quality system implementation, or managing change in a QA context.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
