We are looking for a Senior Mobile Automation Tester/ Engineer to join our hybrid team based in London.

Title:

Mobile Automation Tester (XCUITest/Espresso/JetPack) - 5+ Years of Mobile Experience

:

We are seeking a highly skilled

Mobile Automation Tester

with solid experience in

native mobile application testing

. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on

mobile automation

using tools like

XCUITest

or

Espresso/JetPack

and a combination of both

manual and automation testing

.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform

mobile automation testing

for native iOS and/or Android apps. Create and maintain test scripts using

XCUITest

(iOS) or

Espresso/JetPack

(Android). Collaborate with development teams to ensure high-quality product delivery. Participate in both

manual

and

automation testing

as required. Troubleshoot issues and identify areas for improvement in mobile testing processes.

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in software testing

5+ years

of continuous, most recent project hands-on experience in

mobile automation

testing. Expertise in

XCUITest

(iOS) or

Espresso/JetPack

(Android) is essential. Solid understanding of both

manual

and

automated

testing techniques. Strong experience working on

native mobile projects

(iOS/Android).

Strong experience with CI/CD integration

and tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI. Experience with

Jetpack Compose

(Android Toolkit for native UI)

Programming proficiency

in Swift, Kotlin.

Experience with API testing

using tools like Postman and RestAssured.

Debugging skills

using tools like Charles Proxy, Splunk, and Sentry.

Experience with non-functional testing

such as performance and localization.

Excellent communication skills

and experience working with distributed teams.

Hybrid role:

Must be able to commute 3 days a week to Victoria, London or Burgess Hill. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with the mobile development lifecycle and continuous integration pipelines. Hybrid/3 days onsite work in UK Location: Burgess Hill, UK or Victoria, London, UK
