Company Overview:

A fast-growing scientific company is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Officer to join their team. You would be responsible for ensuring that the company\'s products and services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures.

Conduct thorough inspections and audits of products, processes, and systems to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with established quality standards.

Monitor and analyse quality data, identifying trends and areas of concern, and proactively recommending corrective actions.

Assist in the development and execution of quality control testing and validation protocols.

Document and maintain accurate records of quality tests, inspections, and audit results.

Participate in the investigation of non-conformities, customer complaints, and deviations to determine root causes and recommend preventive measures.

Provide support in the creation and review of quality documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and quality manuals.

Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure their products and services meet our quality standards.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.

Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to quality assurance.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor\'s degree in a scientific field or related discipline.

Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably within a scientific company.

Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and quality assurance methodologies.

Knowledge of ISO 13485 is a plus but not essential.

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Proficient in using quality control tools and software applications.

Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing quality issues.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Benefits:

Competitive salary within the range of \xc2\xa333,000 - \xc2\xa335,000 per annum.

Full-time position, Monday to Friday schedule, 35 hours per week.
