About the Role

We are looking to recruit a talented QA (Quality Assurance) Tester to join us. Working with the existing QA Testers and within the wider development the successful applicant will be responsible for helping to create and conduct testing plans for projects across the companies' customer and non-customer facing platforms.

This role combines logical thinking, with being highly organised and an understanding of how systems should work for customers and employees alike. Depending on your strengths, you may lean more into one area than the other -- either way, you'll have the chance to grow your skills while making a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

Adeptly detect, report and track defects and bugs

Learn to understand impact and priority of the issues found

Confidently talk developers through the issues, showcasing the problem and desired outcome

Design and follow a test plan to full completion

Essential Skills & Experience

QA testing experience

Understand various software testing techniques

Strong problem-solving abilities and organisational skills

Desirable Skills (nice to have)

Experience of manual or automated testing software similar to:

o BrowserStack

o Cucumber.io

o Cypress

o Playwright

Experience of ecommerce websites and retail

Comfortable with data, and using it to inform decisions

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 24,000.00-38,000.00 per year
