We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented QC Technician to join our quality assurance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting and testing products to ensure they meet company standards and regulatory requirements. The QC Technician will play a vital part in safeguarding product integrity and customer satisfaction through rigorous analysis and compliance checks.
Responsibilities
Conduct inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods using appropriate measurement tools and techniques.
Ensure all products adhere to company quality standards, HACCP protocols, and relevant industry regulations.
Analyse test results, document findings accurately, and report any deviations or non-conformities to the relevant departments.
Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and quality data in accordance with organisational procedures.
Collaborate with production teams to identify root causes of quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
Assist in the development and review of quality assurance procedures and documentation.
Participate in internal audits and support external inspections as required.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a quality assurance or laboratory environment, preferably within manufacturing or food production sectors.
Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data accurately.
Knowledge of HACCP principles and their application within quality control processes.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail to ensure precise inspection standards are maintained.
Good communication skills to effectively report findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Relevant qualifications in quality management, laboratory techniques, or related fields are desirable but not essential. Working hours are Monday to Thursday 2pm to 10pm, Friday 12pm to 8pm
