Overview

Vale Bridgecraft Ltd, a long-established manufacturer of premium upholstered furniture, is seeking a

QC Final Inspection & Cushion Filling Operative

to join our skilled production team. This is a key role ensuring every piece of furniture leaving our workshop meets the exceptional standards our customers expect.

Key Responsibilities

Perform

final quality control inspections

on finished furniture using established QC checklists and procedures.

Fill and prepare cushions

to required specifications, ensuring consistency, comfort, and presentation.

Fit cushions

into finished products prior to inspection. Identify defects or inconsistencies and communicate any issues to the production team. Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring all equipment is used safely and effectively.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

Excellent attention to detail

and a passion for high-quality craftsmanship. Strong awareness of quality control standards in a manufacturing environment. The ability to follow instructions, processes, and checklists accurately.

Good physical fitness

- this position involves lifting, carrying, and repetitive manual tasks related to cushion filling and furniture handling. A proactive, reliable, and positive approach to work.
