QC Technician - Pharmaceutical Industry
Runcorn
25,000 - 28,000 plus Bonus
Mon-Thurs 8am-5pm, Fri 8am-1pm
We're supporting a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer in the recruitment of a QC Technician to join their on-site Quality team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a scientific qualification and a keen eye for detail to develop within a regulated lab environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform basic QC testing on raw materials, packaging, and finished products
- Coordinate sample throughput and liaise with external labs
- Maintain documentation and retain sample systems
- Support stability testing and data management
- Ensure lab cleanliness and compliance with GMP standards
- HNC/HND or Degree in Chemistry or related subject (essential)
- Experience in a QC or laboratory role in pharmaceutical or food sectors (desirable)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office
